Alicia’s Protein Bars

Preheat oven to 325.
Bake for 15

 

Ingredients
3 tbsps plum butter and almond butter
3 tbsps ground flax seed
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 walnuts
1/4 dried cranberries
1/4 oats
1/4 honey
1/2  tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 scoops on vanilla whey protein powder
