Cheese Ball

½ lb. – Imperial Cheese (250 gms.) (Imperial cheese is in red container with black lid)
1 – 8 0z.pkg. cream cheese (250 gms.)
½ cup – sour cream
1 tbsp. – celery chopped fine
3 – green onions or chives chopped
2/3 cup – chopped walnuts

Let cheese soften and combine with cream cheese, sour cream, celery and onions.
Put in fridge for at least 1 hour to let firm. Form into ball and roll ball in chopped walnuts.
Serve with crackers.
