Greek Chicken Kabobs


Marinate cut pieces of chicken in:
– Greek Yogurt (1/2 a big container – about 1 – 1.5 cups)
– Feta Cheese
– Sundried Tomatoes
– 1/2 lemon
– 2 tsp. dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
– 1/2 tsp. salt
– 1/4 tsp. rosemary
– 1/4 tsp. thyme
At least marinate for 4 hours, but overnight is better!

Assemble on skewers with red onion and pepper slices in between.

In oven or BBQ!  I’m lucky to have Adam, someone who doesn’t think I’m crazy for wanting to BBQ in the middle of winter – so if you can, grill em’!


  • Greek yogurt
  • Shredded cucumber
  • S&P
  • Dill (optional)
