Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • Kale
  • Olive Oil

This is one of easiest way to get kids (and adults) to eat mounds of veggies….
Take stems off kale. (I prefer lacinato and dino, myself.) Make sure that leaves are really dry to insure nice crispiness. Slice leaves into any shape you like and place on baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on kale. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Eat right away. So good.
